Get to Know D&K Stainless
Meet
Dennis Jozwiak, your personal D&K Stainless welder serving southern
Wisconsin.
As a 3rd generation welder, Dennis learned the trade from his father while growing up on a 300 acre dairy farm in central Wisconsin. It was Grandpa (Michael) Jozwiak who originated what would become a family tradition when he welded bridges and trestles during the depression era. Grandpa transferred his welding expertise to his only son Edward, and together Grandpa and Dad operated Mike and Ed's Welding & Fabrication on their family-owned dairy farm in Stratford, Wisconsin.
Dennis was just 12 years old when he did his first weld, and he continued to refine his skill as he repaired choppers, blowers, hay bailers, and other heavy machinery on his father's farm.
From 1985-1997 Dennis worked as a professional stainless process welder, frequently traveling as he serviced the food, dairy, and medical industries across the United States.
In 1997 Dennis opened up his own welding shop in the Fond Du Lac/Green Lake area and since then, D&K Stainless has performed more than 1,000 welding jobs for industrial, commercial, and residential clients. D&K Stainless also services local governments, and is proud to be a preferred vendor for the city of Green Lake, Wisconsin.
D&K's long-standing clients keep coming back to Dennis for their welding needs because they know with Dennis they will get:
"A guaranteed welding job done right... and done right the first time."
Many other welders only patch the immediate problem, ignoring any underlying structural issues that triggered the problem in the first place. Left unrepaired, these structural issues will weaken the new weld, eventually causing further damage and more costly repairs.
Dennis doesn't patch over existing problems. He identifies and repairs any and all structural issues, and enjoys taking on jobs other welders have deemed "undoable" or "unrepairable."
Recreational boaters and industrial clients alike gain peace of mind when they hire D&K Stainless because they know Dennis' welder certification: AWS-D1.1, means his welds have been deemed structurally sound by the American
Welding Society.
